Whats for tea tonight?

I have just made the SW sticky chicken for thw first time.....and I have fallen in love with this meal! Waw! So easy to do yet sooo tasty! X
 
Breakfast for tea... Scrambled egg crispy bacon and lots of mushrooms! Gonna have a giant fruit salas n yog for afters nom nom x

Pork and roast veggies is currently in the oven - it smells delish! Can't wait to nom it down!

Falafels in pitta, homemade tzatiki, houmous and crudites :)

Of course, its on the website but basically here it is:

3 tbsps dark soy sauce
3 tbsps honey
3 tbsps balsamic vinegar
600g chicken

Mix the soy sauce, honey and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
Dice the chicken, then put it into the sauce.
Put in the fridge and leave to marinade for 30 mins.
Then, fry over high heat for about 15-20 mins until all sauce has been absorbed, and serve!

Voila! X
 
burgers (1 with babybel light in) with chips and salad

2 syns for the lot :D (wasnt using cheese as a hea)

tomorrow it's going to be stew for dindins :D
 
I wish I hadn't read this thread! I had Tesco light choices mushroom risotto , is nice but I'm hungry! I'm at work also had two apples a banana and a yogurt.

By the way those of you not liking the SW Carbonara, try the www.slimmingeats.com version, I promise you it's the BEST you've ever tasted!
