i've had a loverly pile of stir fry for dinner.
very lean diced beef, broccoli, mushrooms, beansprouts, noodles and a very small bit oyster & spring onion stir fry sauce for flavour.
not had any other syns today so the little in the sauce should be ok
chickpea, spinach curry with rice (cooked few weeks ago and frozen portions)need to eat pretty quick tonight. Get in from work at 4.20pm and im back out at 5 til 9 ish (Im having my hair done, eeek so excited!)
