I love lamb, but hardly buy it,it's so expensive :(

I know us too but mum got some on a deal 3 packs of any meat for a tenner and with that you get 2 large steaks of lamb and just cut fat off around it. But yeah it is sooo expensive! :-( that's why we usually stick to chicken. Cheap cheerful and low fat. You'd be able to do the recipe with chicken too. X

Yay I finally have a kitchen so I'm now able to cook!!!!

I'm going out tonight with my OH and our friends to celebrate my OH's 30th next week! Only going down the local pub but I still plan to stick within my syns...I'm saving them during today so that I can have a couple of cheeky malibu and diet cokes and something yummy to eat...whilst staying under 15syns! Commitment! (Just about to have lunch - SuperSpeedy Soup made my me last night after WI!!)

I will get my 1 stone award in two weeks time!

I chucked a bolognaise in the slow cooker overnight so I can make moussaka today, I'm the only one in the house that likes it so I'm making a lasagne for hubby at the same time and the sproglets will have spaghetti bolognaise.

I'll have my moussaka with a huge greek salad with lots of olives and some tzatziki made with fat free yoghurt.

I'm going to try my hand at this mushy pea curry everyone has!

Lamb rump steak, some sauteed (in actifry) potatoes and veg.

Making classic chicken curry from the curry heaven book. Just got the herbs and spices out that I need and I have 12 - yes TWELVE! - spice pots lined up on my kitchen side! Should be a good one!! Kids will have poppadoms too, but I'm not sure if I want to waste my wine syns on poppadoms though :)

Helen xx
