We are having Mexican:-
Tortilla wraps filled with a concoction of:-

Lettuce
HEA grated cheddar cheese
Pork strips with onion on fajita spice
Mixed peppers, mushrooms, red onions in a balsamic/soy sauce stirfry mix
Some salsa
0% Fat Greek Yog (replaces sour cream & chive)

Yummy, can't wait. Shame I couldn't get WW wraps though :-(

I make my own, and don't use a kit .
I buy the fajita spice which is Schwartz and is free. I fry sliced red onion & pork strips in fry light, then shake in the spice.

I can't wait for tea, a big treat of reduced price serloin steak, in slow cooker with oxo stock,carrots and onions. Can't decide yet whether it's a red day or EE so I'll go with the flow for potatoes.with big mushrooms.

Full blown Indian, chicken curry, rice and Bombay potatos with a little green salad......
All home made of course, I can smell it bubbling away in my slow cooker and its driving me crazy. Come on dinner time
