Quorn mince and veg lasagne, yum! its adapted cannelloni recipe out of recent magazine as was too lazy to stuff cannelloni tubes so is now bubbling away as a lasagne!!

I can't wait for tea, a big treat of reduced price serloin steak, in slow cooker with oxo stock, carrots and onions. Can't decide yet whether it's a red day or EE so I'll go with the flow for potatoes.with big mushrooms.

Decided on red day, HEXB 230 g jacket potato chips.

Hey bunnylush looks fab how much stock did you put in and was it just an oxo cube? I made a casserole recently following a sw recipe and it was really watery. But yours looks great x
