Roast chicken with syn free gravy (comes out a very strange colour - but I use the stock from the skinless chicken, blended with fresh rosemary and oregano, 1 chicken oxo cube, 1/2 pack diced swede and carrots...) it tastes yummy!
served with
Cauliflower
Brocolli
Sprouts
Onions
Carrots
Swede
Red Cabbage

Cant wait I love veg not bothered that I dont have potatoes.....

quick dinner between finishing work and going for weigh in tonight (I eat before weigh in every week as I did it the first week and want to keep it consistent!)...so a quick dinner... chicken, stuffed with cottage cheese and herbs, wrapped in bacon (fat trimmed off)...with SW chips (love them!) and veggies...brocolli and grilled tomatoes I think tonight...maybe a few mushrooms for good measure! Delish!
