I had a spaghetti bolognese. Green day so hex b mince and loads of veg in the sauce. Very nice it was too

Had the syn free creamy (cauli) curry with lots of onions chicken and mushrooms with no syn egg fried rice! Was delishhhhh! Just like Chinese curry xx

Chippy king prawn omelette - very satisfying 6 syns for the oil in which it was made, worth all 6 of them!
(had to give away the chips it came with then I couldn't get tempted

Today Matthew we will be having a roast (lunch) however cos I'm an idiot I didn't get a joint so having pork chops instead!
