I ended up with delicious salt pepper chips again, as Mr rang on way home to say last job had given him a Chinese combo starter for two night before weigh in! Argghhh. So I quickly made myself s and p chips and beans instead of omelette chips beans. It blew my head off! But I felt like I had had Chinese. Hope I've not stuffed weigh in up being so full now

I had a omlette with ps broccoli with a side of courgette marinated salad (pine nuts, olive oil, lemon, fresh basil, chilli, shallots ) beautiful and fresh

I had chicken and curried brown rice with mixed peppers onions and mushrooms with a few SW wedges on the side syn free and it was fab if I do say so myself lol

Tonight I think we're having the chicken kievs out of the current mag but without breadcrumbs on, and slimming world chips and I think some roasted medditeranean style veggies
