Oddly enough, this is exactly what we're having for tea! My mum bought my OH a burger press for Xmas which makes these perfect looking burgers! I'm doing chicken burgers tonight. YUM

I imagine its the same as chicken chow mein hun, as prawns are free food like the chicken x
