sw vege fried rice with five spiced meat free meatballs - oh it was sooooo yummooo !!
 
Salmon, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus and hollandaise sauce - yum.
 
Pete’s Pizza (Revisited)

Serves 2

Ingredients

125g Instant mash (ff)
1 Red onion, sliced thinly (s) (sff)
1tbsp dried chives
1tbsp basil
Shake of garlic salt
Shake of black pepper

Toppings
45g Mozzarella cheese (1Hea) or 7syns for 50g
45g Reduced fat Cheddar (1Hea) or 7syns for 50g
6 slices Chorizo sausage (0.5syn each slice)
6 tbsp. passata (s) (sff)
1tbsp Worcester sauce
1 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. tomato puree
Pineapple slices (s) (sff) (0.5syn)

Method
Cook the onion until soft & set aside.
Make up the instant mash as per the packet instructions, add the onion & seasoning, mix well, leave for a few minutes, and adjust the mix until it is “dough” like. On a clean, flat surface place the mix, cover in Clingfilm & rollout until about 5-8mm thick, remove the Clingfilm and using a bowl the same size as your small frying pan cut around, continue until you have used up the mix, reworking any left over.
In a small frying pan, cook each one until lightly browned and free in the frying pan to move, turnover and repeat, remove and leave on a cake rack to cool.
Mix the Passata, Worcester sauce, balsamic vinegar & tomato puree together, then coat each base, add the cheddar, shared between all of them, add your topping, then finish with Mozzarella. Preheat the oven to 200C and cook for 20-30 mins until the cheese has melted but not burnt!

Oooooh those look great! Will definitely being giving the pizzas another crack before the weekend is out. Loving the idea of frying them first-thank you for sharing :)
 
Going to have pasta with a creamy vegetable sauce for tea tonight, all 100% free and super yummy! :)
 
Chinese buffet.... :S I've made a plan of what to eat, here's to actually sticking to it! This is 1 of 3 times I'm eating out this week. Not expecting much at weigh in next Tuesday! X
 
Tonight weather spoons, i'm thinking 5 bean chilli with salad and no tortillas. or sweet chilli noodles, although i'm worried the noodles won't be very nice, any ideas?
 
There is a new superfood whole wheat pasta on the menu tho i foot no the syn value. I had with chicken & it was lovely :)

The noodles are really nice, if you have them with th chicken though, make sure you ask them to griddle it with no oil, otherwise I think they just fry it.

So if I was to get the noodles and ask for the chicken to be griddled instead of fried and with no oil, would it be free?

Do you think they would do that or just say the will do that??

Anniversary and husbands birthday the day so tonight im going to make salt and pepper chicken with SW chips for me done in the air fryer fried rice and normal chips for husband and have a wee glass or two of wine :) mmm
 
Steak with peppercorn sauce, broccoli, cauliflower and mash potato :) mmm..
 
Egg fried rice with mixed veggies - mange touts, mushrooms, green beans, carrot, peas. Oh and a syn or two for sesame oil
