They're ready bought. Syned them using nutritional info on packet so hope its right! I think there's another thread on here that also says 1.5 as this is where i got idea from!

I've had meat free spag bol again using asdas meat free mince its just as nice as quorn. Used my hexa of cheese on top and it was lovely.

Also had a slice of my little cousins bday cake, well half a slice!! Was 12.5 syns per serving and I only had half a serving didn't even take much willpower to only have half of it!! Just know I can put the other half in the fridge and have tomorrow pleased with myself.

Loved the quorn style strips , and the jackpot last night . So i will be eating the same with a cheese, grated carrot and beetroot salad . Oh and 2 slices of bread. :0)

tonight i am having spicy chicken (my husband's made up recipe, as in, he makes it up as he goes along so I can't tell you what's gonna be in it! chicken and random spices...) with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onion in a Co op Wholemeal pitta (HExB). And a 5syn tesco value choc ice for dessert. Yum!
