Couscous with cucumber tomatoes onion yellow pepper beetroot + lemon juice. Was lovely very impressed. Followed by apple + raisins (2syns)

Just the normal Helmans one in a bottle? It's 49 cals per tablespoon but I only use a tiny drizzle as its quite strong. I just syn it at 2 (which is probably wrong lol) but i don't like vinaigrette so I'd rather spend the syns and actually enjoy the salad!!!

Have you tried the salad light Caesar dressing? It's yum and free!
