Whats for tea tonight?

Chicken, golden vegetable rice ( I might add curry powder I'm not sure yet) and salad as I am at zumba tonight
 
Jacket potato filled with Philadelphia with salad and baked beans :)
 
I made a lovely syn free spaghetti bolognese using pasta, extra lean mince and lots of veg - passata, onion, mushroom, red and yellow pepper, leek and carrot. Was BEAUTIFUL! Definitely doesn't feel like a diet :)

But if an odd one tonight. On the weekly meal plan it was supposed to be LC sausages, mash, peas and gravy (normal Cumberland for boyfriend) but I wasnt in the mood for mash and couldn't be bothered to cook so made chips, sausage and beans for BF and I had omelette with lots of veggies, LC sausage and beans. Quick, easy and yummy :)

It's a hard core exercise DVD. Really good but intense for 20mins.

Well this is my yummy dinner. Really worth the effort as it said in the mag ;-)

We're having stir fry with noodles and prawns and a sweet chilli sauce (can't remember the syns off the top of my head). Need something quick after the gym! X
