Whats for tea tonight?

Steak with onion and mushroom gravy, SW roast potatoes and cabbage. Can't wait!
 
had tea at 330 was starving! Baked tattie with 1 laughing cow extra light cheese triangle (1syn) tiny amount of cheddar (2syn), philly light (2 syns) baked beans & massive salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoe, onion & lighter than light mayonaise (1syns) :O

Between 2 people in a casserole dish, 4 small pork loin steaks (minus all fat), tin of Campbells low fat condensed mushroom soup with a tin of water, garlic, small amount of chilli, carrots, onion, swede, mushrooms in oven on 140c for about 2 hours. Served with jacket pot, brocolli and green beans. 7 syns for the soup divided between 2 so 3 and a half syns for a lovely filling tea!
 
I am having Pork loins with SW roast potatoes, cabbage, broccoli, carrots and peas. I will syn my gravy ( 2 syns). I am trying to have 1/2 a plate of veg to up my weight loss and dont want to use syns of yorkshire puds. So far I have had two syn already today. That will leave me syns for Strawberrys and Eat smart vanilla dessert ( ice cream) (2 1/2 syns) and either a freddo Choc bar or a kitkat or a curly wurly. Takes me to 11-12 syns and stuffed.
 
We had Moroccan jewelled couscous, spicy squash, harrissa spiced crispy coated tofu

Just ate some of the lasagne I made earlier n it was delicious. I was rather unsure about it when I was making it but it turned out really nice n it's made tons so I've portioned it up n will take some to work n pop some in the freezer

We had chicken (whole chicken done in the slow cooker), roast potatoes, and steamed broccoli, cauliflower, peas and carrots, with syn-free gravy. Followed with two hi-fi bars for pudding, and have just eaten a bowl of strawberries, grapes, clementine and raspberry Shape Delight.

Sorry I didn't take a pic. The recipe is off slimming world n was really easy to make. If you can't find it let me know n I will try n copy it n post it
 
Made a quorn steak and mushroom pie with mash potato on top. Was supposed to be sliced potatoas on top but I parboiled them for a bit too long lol!

Looks lovely n I bet it was better with mash anyway

I forgot mine as well, don't worry get it out now and leave it on a baking tray. The metal defrosts it quicker. (a tip from my boyfriend, always handy having a scientist in the house lol)
