i do this with mine if they are getting near their use by date. I pour it into a lolly mold and freeze its great for syn free ice cream

Stupid question but does it taste like a frozen yog or is it more ice cream like? I hate the texture of yoghurt but love ice cream and adore coconut! Sorry if this sounds daft!
