Whats for tea tonight?

Goan fish curry, with coconut milk. I love coconut milk and I'm not substituting it! Works out at 4.5 syns for a serving if I split the curry between four. And everything else that goes in is free/superfree. Love goan fish curry sooo much :eating:

Now cooking for me and OH, so not jacket potato for tea haha! Will have to get something on the way home. Think I'm gonna make a massive pot of chilli and do wedges! Then can have chilli tomorrow for my lunch too! Xxx

The thing is Rochelle I never eat it all hubby tells me off all the time, saying its a waste of money, I fancy it at the time then when I get it I don't, but it helps my stomach and thats the main thing :D

Had an Indian takeaway - getting weighed tomorrow morning so I'm worried its affected my weight loss!

Xx

Roasted cubed veg - potato, carrot, pepper, courgette, celeriac and onion. With paprika and chilli. Simple yet tasty!

I had egg, chips and beans with fried onions, mushrooms and red pepper.

I had jacket potato beans and salad. I really wanted chips and gravy but decided against it. It's my birthday sun, so trying to make the best choices where I can!!!

I just chopped everything up into sort of equal sized cubes - carrots were a fair size so into 3's and the halved length ways. But just chop any veg up, spray with fry light, shake over some paprika and chilli (I'm a freehand sorta girl but enough paprika to cover all with a nice coating and probably a tbsp of chilli flakes).
Chuck in the oven, 200c, roast for 45-60 mins, shaking halfway through. It's such an easy dinner and you can put pretty much any veg in it - BNS, swede, sweet potato, beetroot, whatever takes your fancy! Xx

We are finishing off the rest of last nights chilli, yum!!! And PLENTY of superfree's in there too xx
