I made sw KFC for the first time tonight and god it was good had that with a massive salad and a dollop of extra light mayo and just had a white chocolate options mixed with fat free fromage frais for pud, lush!!

Yesterday I had chicken done in the slow cooker, with brocolli, carrots & frylighted tatties. 2.5syns for gravy. Then buggered it up and had a 3 babybel lights, chocolate & something else from my partners graze box. Think I went well over the syns. Also had an off day on Sat so i'm praying I can pull it back before weigh in on Wed.
