Whats for tea tonight?

I think it's gonna be chilli and taco trays again! Hopefully with some plain yogurt, cheese and guac if husband has made it to the shops ;)

I had a really yummy if not slightly random tea!

I had Chinese salmon kebabs, sweet potato with sweet chilli cottage cheese and chestnut mushrooms and courgettes cooked in soy sauce... Delicious!!

1/2 syn for cottage cheese and I can't find the Chinese glaze but looking at similar products 1/2 syn per kebab so allowing 2 syns... If its higher doesn't really matter as not used any others today...

Yummy :)

I have mushy pea curry bubbling away. Doesn't look too appetizing and I am a bit skeptical :hmm:

5 syns for the naan. They're a pack of 4 from asda and are just the right amount.

The Bombay potato was just something I threw together. I used a Bombay potato spice mix, boiled cubed potatoes, few tbsps passata and wilted spinach and fried it all together in a fry light sprayed frying pan. It was really yummy. If you can't find the spice mix maybe Google a Bombay potato recipe for the individual spices.

Having a roast beef dinner with oxo roasties, roasted parsnips, stuffing balls, pigs in blankets, carrots, green beans and broccoli and some syn free gravy. Should work out at 3.5syns in total xx
