Whats for tea tonight?

Made a huge batch of chilli con carne and added in oodles of vegetables that needed using up: baby sweetcorn, courgettes, mushrooms, celery and carrots in addition to the usual chilli con carne suspects. It was lush and was so bulked out that I have got loads of leftovers. YUMMMY.

On a red day so having Pork chops all fat removed, a spicy veg stir fry and my HEX allocated amount of skin on SW chips :D

Pizza topped chicken served with carrots, cheesy leeks and roasted peppers, red onion and mushrooms

Thai Red Chicken Curry ( only 2 Syns a portion) made from a recipe I was given by another group member.
Having Tilda Brown Basmati Rice (2.5 Syns) and a 20g portion of Thai Spiced crackers (5.5 Syns) so 10 Syns meaning room for a Ferrero Rocher after :D

Going to try making mini crustless quiches with SW chips and salad. Actually can't wait! Mmm

I really want a chinese takeaway but I might be good and make a paella instead!

Pasta bake :) nom nom!

Had to post a photo of my cute lil mini quiches!

I was good and decided on a Chicken & Chorizo Paella and it was incredible! The OH made it and it has to be one of the best homemade meals I've ever had. I want more!

That looks amazing!! Is that the recipe off here? Been dying to try it for ages but I've been doing red days recently! Might add in extra easy one day next week to have this.
