Had chicken chasseur n mushroom rice with loads of superfree veg in it! Not a fan of carrots so i grate them n add them u cant taste them but theyre there lol! Pear apple n tangerine to nibble on at work
i had butternut squash chips, salad (tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber and spring onions) and ginger, lemon and chilli quorn fillets (think and hope they are free)
also had 2 tbsp of extra light mayo and added some garlic into it (1Syn)
was lovely
SW chicken dopiaza (free) with Tilda Pilau rice (2.5 Syns) and a 25g portion of Walkers Sensations Lime & Coriander Poppadums (6 Syns) plus a glass of diet lemonade
Was yummy, am really full and still have 6.5 Syns left to use!!
It was absolutely delicious!
I've made it quite often as its one of my husbands favourite meals and the best part is I always make the recipe for 4 people so I have 2 portions over that have gone in the freezer, very handy for a quick "ready" meal
