I think (but it could all change!) a pasta bake, heavy on the veg with some left over roast chicken in and a quorn/cottage cheese topping. Plus side salad. Yum.

You could do them in smash...with a bbq or garlic and herb seasoning. Dip in beaten egg then seasoned smash and oven bake. I spray bbq frylight on mine too! Yum

You just use the dried flakes. Its like syn free bread crumbs. Not silly at all x

Oooh yum I'm going to asda to get more of this dowe egberts flavoured coffee lol, I will pick up some smash and seasoning and make wedges thanks that's my dinner now! With green beans x

Chop them up into chunks and cook them in frylight in a pan with some spices and cook some rice and throw that in and mix it together. And have a side of salad or veg thats what i do.
