Tea tonight is going to be a Quorn ginger, chilli and lime sticky fillet served with potato wedges and roasted mushrooms, peppers, red onion and cherry tomatoes

I saw someone on here post a recipe for greek lamb and orzo and realised I had lamb and orzo in stock sooo I made a sort of... lemony minty chilli lamb marinade, pan 'fried' until browned and mixed through some roasted veg and orzo. Would be perfect for the summer!
