Steak with SW friendly mushroom and pepper sauce SW chips and peas scrummy!

Stew just put on in the slow cooker so will be piping hot and delicious when I get home tonight. Full of carrots, celery, parsnips and onions with some lean stewing steak. May have on its own or may have some smash with it. But my mouth is watering already and it's only 6.30

Tonight's tea will be a McDonalds after Weigh In, Synned of course! I'll be having:

- 6 Chicken McNuggets (9 Syns)
- Medium Fries (11.5 Syns)
- 2 little pots of their Sweet Curry Sauce (5 Syns)
- Diet Coke

25.5 Syns for a whole McDonals meal, not bad at all! Still within my Syns allowance for the week
