It was a recipe from the October mag and it was really nice. Had chunks of BNS, red onion, red pepper and leeks with garlic and pasta. Sauce was yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, mustard powder, stock and mustard powder. It's all very simple and has quite a sweet taste - all the veg was roasted and became very sweet which was gorgeous! Xx

Venison steak with sweet potato mash and a giant serving of red onion & tomato salad. Will make syn free pepper sauce too, yummy!
 
I have some chicken fillets but not sure what to do with them.....prob wrap them in bacon with a hexa of cheese and do some roasted veggies and broccoli with it.

Big fat fake Donner with loads of salad & synned l/f mayo & sweat chilli sauce. Will have a pitta too - live slimming world ;)
 
One syn each hun. I cooked them with one tsp of whole grain mustard over it (really helps give them flavour and only half a syn!)

Thanks hun. I had them for lunch and really didn't like them they tasted like sawdust lol. I'm going to stick to WW in future as they taste like meat and only 0.5 syn. Thanks again! X

Risotto full of leftover veg lying about, with a side salad. Looking forward to it :) Will be my first booze and butter free risotto though so not sure how it will be

I've never put booze in mine, but if its proper risotto rice, and you stir continually it goes creamy, I sometimes add philli light, but I know you don't eat that, so I only mentioned for other readers
My fave is courgette or broad bean & pea
 
Thinking on a big plate of slimming world chips, and you can buy skinless chicken wings in asda at the halaal section(ideal for slimming world) and i think i will marinade in peri peri sauce!! As for superfree?? No got a clue yet xx
 
We always have a few drinks on a fri nite and either me or my hubby cooks. Tonite is sw wedges, a bowl of sw chip shop curry sauce and a bowl of garlic and herb dip. And also tandoori chicken. All free on ee

I used to fry the arborito rice in soya marge first, then slowly add a mix of wine and veg stock (I always doubled the wine!! tastes loads better. think it makes up for the void the cheese leaves) so will be intriguied to see how it tastes without wine. I have some soya 'cheese' powder (very yeasty stuff - smells and tastes like cheese weirdly) so will pop some of that on top to make up for the wine void haha. Will be having courgette, leek, onion, spinach and carrot in it. OOOH and some peas of course!!
