Whats for tea tonight?

Pesto is my all time favourite thing! But I'm focussed and trying to keep myself syn free for a few days.

Cheese (hex), ham & tomato omelette for my tea!
 
I used to work in a restaurant where we had salmon and prawns dish!! Pan cook the red onion in balsamic vineger, ground ginger and sugar(obv we would substitute with sweetner) till they go all kinda caremelised, make mash potato, grill or oven cook your salmon and prawns, put a dollop of mashed potato on the plate, sit your fish and prawns on top of the mash, your caremelised red onion on top of the fish and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce!! It is really simple to make and so delicious!! I make it alot and call it salmon oriental!! My son loves it to!!! Xx

I was hungry going to be last night, so tonight I opted for a homemade pasta salad - pasta, chicken, bacon, peppers, onion and garlic in passata. All free so i can have something naughty later :)
 
Coke gammon cooked in my slow cooker since 7am with SW chips and beans. Can't wait, I'm starving :D X

Got some chicken and veg on the go and pondering making the spinach and feta quiche out of one of the magazines for lunch tomorrow
 
Needed a naughty meal today as have been missing chicken burgers since I started so had a southern-style quorn burger with plenty of salad and a nice blob of EL mayo ;). Divine!

Hi hunni I cant take the credit unfortunately - it was Natmoo's recipe for the Korma.(Lush) I had plain boiled rice with it then made a yogurt, mint and cucumber dip, with 1 pot 0% ff yogurt, chopped cucumber and mint all mixed together sometimes i add a little lemon juice too.

The recipe for the Korma:

You need: 1 large onion, chicken breasts, any spices you fancy ( I used mild curry power, garlic powder, ginger and black pepper), chicken oxo cube, and 2 greek coconut muller lights! So fry chicken and onions in fry light until brown, add spices and oxo cube with a little water to stop burning! Heat for a while then stir in muller yogurts, simmer for 5-10 minutes then serve with rice!
 
I had burgers (extra lean mince, onions, garlic, chilli, paprika and coriander) with SW chips, 'fried' onions, peppers and carrots, bacon and the men had brown rolls and cheese too but I'd already had my HEX's so I resisted :)

Probably one of my favourite stodge meals ever. Grilled chicken, cheesy beans and chips! No superfree but had quite a bit with lunch.
