I have a recipe for butternut coconut rice which I will try tonight. Prob with baked broccoli and quorn fillets marinated in hot sauce but we shall see...

Wow my dinner was amazing! 'Toad in the hole'- Syn free pork and leek sausages, 1/2 a giant Yorkshire pudding (7 Syns), mashed made with flora extra light (1.5 Syns), broccoli, peas and homemade onion gravy (1.5 Syns for the gravy granules)
Dinner for 10 Syns

Baked potato with 2 x blue cheese laughing cow
Big salad with tomatoes, lettuce, spring onion, cucumber
1 spoon low cal Caesar dressing

Sat nite is curry nite in my house so we'r avin a nice hot syn-free chicken curry, SW chips n a WW naan bread! Tasty!

Haddock fillet with carrots, off to a party with a cold meat buffet so trying to fill up a bit first then stick to free foods, lean ham and beef and she's also making the bachelors curry rice x

Just had a home-made Quorn chili (really spicy) served on a large flat mushroom with sides of mashed swede and broccoli. Yummy!

Feeling virtuous because I have a huge pot of syn-free lentil and vegetable soup on for tomorrow as well
