Whats for tea tonight?

Pizza topped chicken, chips and coleslaw and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Lol. Stole from someone but don't know who or if even on this site so don't be reporting me for copyright lol

Boil lasagna sheets in salted water until floppy.

In a wok cook Veg, rice and chicken in soy sauce.

Spoon mixture into lasagna sheets and roll up. Cook in oven for 20-25 @ 180 until crispy. You may want to use cocktail sticks to hold them but they ripped through my pasta so i just rolled and left overlapped part underneath.

My rice mixture is Iceland frozen chicken tikka, peppers and onions and soy sauce.

If you were making traditional spring rolls id just buy a pack of stirfry Veg and cook in soy sauce or worcester for syn free

Wow honey!!! They look sha-mazin!!!!!!! Lol!!!! You did good, i am def gonna try these!!! Thankyou for sharin somethin new!!! Xxxx

Ha ha. Thanks ladies!

Just a wee recommendation i might try next time. If you used the large caneloni (round pasta tubes) you wouldn't have to cut the pasta then put it back together. Might be easier to just "poke" the food in lol.

If i try it ill let ya know!

It was lovely Kelly. Will be nicer next time x

Off out tonight for husbands birthday... Had a look at menu and its not very SW friendly at all :( thinking about having mussels to start but without the bread, and maybe some sort of fish and ask for a side salad.... It's the desserts I will struggle to say no to, they are out of this world!!!
Had mussels to start, a pork burger for mains and lemon tiramisu for dessert!! Best meal I've ever had!

I made mini spring rolls using a sheet of filo pastry cut into 6 and baked in the oven for 20 mins. Really tasty and only 1.5 syns each

oooh lemon tiramisu! sounds lush, where did you go?
The Crown at Stoke By Nayland, I haven't been for a few years and forgotten how good the food is!

It used to husband's favourite but we went so much he got bored of it, now he's rekindled his love lol

And the Tiramisu- wow! It was AMAZING! As soon as I saw it on the menu I thought I'm having a sod it night haha!
I'm a big lemon fan and I just love Tiramisu so it was the ultimate dessert for me!

Being good today tho- started off with a bacon sandwich :)

Going to make a beef and kidney stew with loads of veg. Need lots of super free this week after that curry last night!

Any tips on how to thicken the stock but without using smash? Thanks :)

Im having a sunday dinner, chicken with loadsa veg. If I dont have mash is it a good red meal? Normally do ee but fancied trying something different.

Xx

you can also use cannoli pasta tubes x

tea - pork sunday roast :)

I use cornflour. Hardly any syns really when you think how many people a pot of stew serves and much better than using smash :)

Going to the mothers for a roast dinner :) can't wait! I have asked her to not use oil / butter on mine. I will avoid dessert x
