I've just made a meatloaf (just a smaller version of the sw donner) so will bake that & have it with some sw coleslaw I've just made, salad & boiled potatoes "0) Nom Nom !!

Tonight is Beef (without the red wine) SW mag Jan/Feb 2013... mashed sweet pot/reg. pots. teeny tiny baby carrots and cabbage.

I have decided to use a much smaller plate... I think I eat too much! Had a carvery last night and even tho it was mostly meat and veg I was stuffed... didnt lose any weight today in WI.. not a good idea to eat a big meal before WI.

Tonight was burger chips salad and pitta bread ! Was delicious kids all enjoyed it also and not a clue it was the healthy skinny version !
