I'm having a mixed mushroom stir fry with some sweet chilli chicken pieces thrown in, nice and quick yet tasty! :)

lasagne low fat of course! :p

Slow cooker chicken curry, rice, chips and salad. If i can find a recipe for onion bhajis ill make them too

i made onion bhajis on monday chick...
i used asda chickpea dahl, savoury rice (cooked then added to the dahl) and egg, 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1tsp tumeric, 2 onions and smash flakes to thicken so that you can roll them in to balls then bake in the oven.
i missed out the tumeric as i don't have any and they were still ok...might be worth a shot if you have those ingredients? x

Sausages and chips with veg tonight

today - fish pie, peas, peas and peas....

last night.... sweet pot hash.... thinly sliced sweet potatoes and reg. pots... onions, garlic all put into a wok with spray of frylight, sweated out with the lid on then added a small bag of quorn mince, frozen peas, then added spices herbs of choice, worc. sauce.... next time I might put curry powder in.. could also add a tin beans if fancied that.. very quick and easy.. made enough for 2 of us and lunch today for me...
