the onion bhajis look good mrs....how did you do them in the end?x

Thank u! I grated potatoes and onions, 3 of each into a bowl. I mixed a bowl of my favourite spices, 2tsp tandori powder, 1tsp curry powder, 1tsp tikka powder and a 1/4 tsp each of cumin, chilli powder, coriander and pinch salt. Squeeze out potatoes as they r full of liquid. Add an egg to bind and mix in spices. Roll into balls and cook in oven @ 200 degrees for 30 mins

Wow pastagirl that looks really delicious!!!

Thank u! X

Hi Pinknails2012!! I just cooked a pork joint (all fat removed) in the slow cooker for about 8 hrs. Cooked it in passata, onions, balsamic vinegar, Worcester sauce and mustard powder, the sauce reduced down like BBQ sauce and the meat just fell apart. Yummy!!!

I slow cook a gammon joint in a similar way .... Mmm mmmm mmmmmmm :)

Gonna attempt a curry in the slow cooker. Just a tomato based with beef. Actually can't wait :D

The Pork in the slo cooker sounds great!! But for tea tonight i am thinking of home made beefburgers and slimming world chips and salad.

3 tesco light choices Cumberland sausages, chips done in the actifry, roasted pepper, courgette, onion and tomato.

Indian feast!
Going to make a chicken jalfrezi, pilau rice, onion bhaji's, vegetable samosas and I have poppadums at 2 Syns each :)
All the recipes from the Curry Heaven book :)

Duck breast, skin and fat removed, fried on the griddle, with steamed spinach and spring onion laced with garlic/ginger soy, sweet potato mash with a bit of orange/honey (syns) sauce. This is one of my favourite recipes which I'm gonna adapt to make suitable for sw. :)
