Syn free garlic bread - please can u give me recipe

1 packet of dried instant mash add 400ml of warm water and mix into a dough. Flatten the dough and spray with fry light then bake at 200 degrees for 10 mins each side until browned. Crush garlic and rub onto the crisped dough along with mixed herbs and your HEX A cheese if you want cheesy garlic bread. Continue to bake for a further 5-6 mins and its done x

Indian takeaway- lamb tikka biryani, 1/2 a garlic naan, 2 onion bhaji's and a poppadum- really delicious and a great way to end my fab weekend, now snugged up with my hubby and dogs

Had In-Laws round 4 Mother's Day - so I made a SW feast! Roast chicken, SW chips, homity pie, roast butternut squash n sweet potato, salad, SW pigs in blankets. I did treat myself 2 a good sized glass of red wine 2 tho!
