I just do without the sauce.. Im just gonna count 4-5 syns for any oil used on the grill and any yoghurt its marinaded in xx

Oh it was from the local indian takeaway lol..!! Im afraid i cant take any credit for it.. Well apart from the chiips....Lol..!! Im def gonna get the asia cook book though.... My friend on here made a banquet from it the other night and it looked amazin xx

Lol... Ive made somethin similar before though by marinadin chicken in fat free greek youghurt, tikka spices, lemon juice and red food colouring.. Then thread onto skewers and grill... Was really nice xx
