Beef briskit with cauliflower, cabbage and carrots....possibly brocolli

The lasagne last night was disgusting, (the one from the sw site) the recipe calls for 500g yogurt mixed with 2 eggs as the white sauce. It set like a quiche. Not nice at all. The meat part was delish tho, will make that as bolognaise in future!

Tonight we are having hunters chicken (chicken, bbq sauce, hex of cheese, wrapped in bacon) with SW chips and roast veg.

I hate the yogurt sauce as well- poor substitute for white sauce! There's a recipe using quark (which I don't like but it's quite popular) or alternatively if you use philli or low low cheese warmed up it makes a sauce and both can be used as HEX A x

Roast lamb dinner at the inlaws later - MiL on sw too so good to know all will be super healthy! Xx

I just had the "Mac 'n' Cheese" recipe from the latest SW magazine, served with courgettes and mushrooms. It was very tasty and filling

i made the sauce for fanta chicken packed with peppers, onions and carrots and had it with basmati rice and sw chips....was tasty
