bacon and chicken breast with a philli,low fat cheese,bbq sauce and diced onion mix inbetween like a big sandwhich lol done in oven was quite nice if a bit dry along with potatoes, peas, carrots and green beans think my syns came to 6 at least im hoping so lol

Tea was Thai super noodles with quorn & mushroom curry made with mushy peas & tomatoes.
Was very nice. Like having a Chinese

Also had some fruit and raw carrots whilst studying

Chicken, white wine and tarragon pie from Waitrose with loads of veggies- no idea on Syns, just going to enjoy it! I'm exhausted and refuse to cook lol
