Sw turkey burgers with salad sw coleslaw and syn free chips wayyyyyy too much on plate lol!!

Pasta with gammon mushrooms onion sweetcorn peas n cherry tomatoes in philly garlic n herb HEA yummy followed by half a choc scan bran cake frozen berries n choc quark om nom
 
The usual chicken, jacket potato, carrots and courgette.
dessert a mullerlight

Going to be a late tea so going to have a egg mayo and cheese roll (HEXA and B) with fruit after- on SE today

thankyou hun...I just fried them in a tspn light soy, tspn dark soy sauce and a tspn oyster sauce (although you could prob make it without this) tspn garlic granules, a tspn ground black pepper and a few shakes of chilli flakes... was a nice peppery and extremely low syn alternative to creamy pepper sauce... only (0.5) syns for tblspn of oyster sauce but I only needed a tspn and if the mixture is shared between 2 I would say the syns would be negligible... so syn free... hope you enjoy xxx
 
Any ideas what I can do with left over bacon joint for tonight's dinner??
