Chilli and rice, followed by a JS meringue nest (2.5 Syns) with Muller vanilla + coconut FF Greek Yoghurt (1.5 Syns) and fresh fruit. If there's any chilli left I'll take it to work for tomorrows lunch, maybe with an Uncle Ben's Chicken Flavour Express Rice (3 Syns).
