Roast beef, parsnips, French beans, jacket potato and gravy yummy-yum!

Very naughty last night tho......hit the choc digestives (eek) but back on track today!
 
M&S chargrilled chicken (1.5) corn on the cob, salad (peppers, cucumber, pickled onions & cabbage) & reduced fat coleslaw (1)
 
Mushroom rogan josh, pilau rice, Syn free bhajis and a mini naan (8 syns)

How do you make syn free bhajis?! Curry is a favourite in my house! xxx

2 onions thinly sliced
170g mashed potato ( you can use smash or ordinary potato but make sure it is not runny)
227g chickpeas drained and blended
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
2tsp of curry powder to taste (I use madras)
1 tsp dried herbs
Salt and pepper

Fry onions in frylight until the start to go brown and leave to cool a bit. Mix the herbs, spices, baking powder and salt and pepper with the potato and mix in the onions and chickpeas adding a beaten egg to hold it together.
Cool the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour.

Spray a baking tin with frylight and put dollops of the mixture onto the tin. Spray them before baking for about 20 mins or they start to crisp.
 
Pulled pork, BBQ sauce, salad (lettuce, carrot sticks, peppers, cheese) and wholemeal roll mmmmmm!! Red day goodness!
 
Not sure if I'll be able to eat anything after the amount I'm eating for lunch lol!!

Might just be a couple of Quorn low fat sausages and a tin of beans

We have chilli will heat mine up after tonight's wi as only just had lunch
 
Meringue with 0% yoghurt, strawberries & raspberries for pudding :)
