At Mum's for her birthday dinner- had a buffet style meal, salad, a slice of pork pie, Syn free quiche, new potatoes, ham, turkey and lots of pickles
Fresh strawberries, raspberries and cherries with FF natural yogurt for pudding

Have only had 1 Syn today so allowing the other 14 for the pork pie- prob not that much as it was a small slice but better to be safe than sorry

Ooh, yum! How do you make the tiramisu, please? We had pan-fried salmon fillets, Jersey potatoes and peas. This was followed by a meringue nest, filled with yoghurt and fresh strawberries.

nope i cheated lol they are from asda, get them in the chiller where all the cold meats are, only 1 syn for the whole pack 140g and they are lovely! xxxx

Its very easy Mumma.

Break 2 sponge fingers into bottom of a glass / ramekin. Make some strong coffee and add a tbsp at a time to soften but not make into smush. Whisk together some quark, fat free fromage frais, sweetener and any flavouring you fancy, I used vanilla. Splodge a big dollop on top. 2 more fingers dipped in to coffee and placed on top. More yogurt mix. Chop your strawberries and place on top, chill in the fridge.

You could just top with chocolate or options powder but I like the lift strawberries give xx
