i had big mac in a bowl for the 1st time...really enjoyed it!

It was a SW recipe from their site - there are a few postings on here about it too. I tweaked it slightly as I only made it for myself rather than the normal servings for either 2 or 4 people!
I mixed up a tablespoon each of runny honey, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce and popped my frozen quorn pieces into it to marinate over night.
Fried the red peppers up in a wok with some fry light along then added the quorn pieces when the peppers had started to soften.
The only thing is that the sauce doesn't go quite as sticky as it does with the chicken as the quorn absorbs most of it

Little Hippo posted the recipe a while ago...i used her recipe
it's just extra lean mince, onions, sliced gherkins, cheese and thousand island dressing (i didn't have any so made mine with e/l mayo and ketchup lol) and piled onto iceberg lettuce.
it was tasty!
i'm doing a red day today and it was nice for a change and only 2syns x

Wot gherkins r the best 2 get that actually taste like 1s from MacD's? Luv them but 1s I buy nvr taste rite :-(
