Savoury mince and Sw roasties. Kids had dumplings as well which I was tempted by but managed to keep off. Also prepped a lamb and veg casserole to freeze in sep portions for during the week. Don't think it'll be long before I try that mac n cheese tho. Sounds yummy )

When I do it, I just mix veg and pasta in an oven dish add whatecer sauce i want then cover the top in cheese then bake it in oven
