Whats for tea tonight?

It's just raw cauliflower put on a baking tray, sprayed with fry light and sprinkled with chicken
Stock/seasoning of choice and roasted for half an hour at 200 or until crispy. It's just a nice savoury side dish :) x

You just pop some raw cauliflower on a roasting tray, spray with fry light, sprinkle with spices of your choice (chicken stock, 5 spice etc) and roast for half an hour or until its all crispy and cooked. Yummy :)

We're having Chinese Sticky Pork with boiled rice and mange tout. We're then off to the pub where I shall be drinking diet coke all night 'cos I'm driving! :(
