First attempt at beetroot burgers. These are them uncooked. I am intrigued to how they turn out!

I added lots of herbs and some pearl barley, onion powder. Topped with cheese. Id do them again!

I'm making pork and chorizo burgers tonight with smoked paprika and garlic sweet potato wedges with some sort of veg (not sure what yet!)

EDIT: I've decided I'm going to have corn on the cob and a tomato, red onion and beetroot salsa with balsamic vinegar

Date night with hubby!
Cheese stuffed meatballs with courgette spaghetti and a tomato sauce followed by strawberry meringues and lf cream. Yummm. Tried to keep it as sw as possible!
