Tea tonight is going to be country vegetable pasta and sauce with garlic courgettes and chicken. That is if I haven't chewed my own arm off first...I'm starving!

Grilled salmon, marinated in lemon juice and honey (2 syns), boulangere potatoes and runner beans from the garden...family favourite that everyone'll eat.
