Leg of lamb steak, carrots, brocolli and mushy peas

Quorn stir fry... again, need to get the vegetables used up :)
 
This looks amazing, what spices do you use on your chips?

Thanks hun - cumin, garlic salt, chilli powder, black pepper and smoked paprika. About a quarter tsp of each apart from the smoked paprika which is double or quadruple that much! Depends on how many chips, but generally to the ratio 1:1:1:1:4. xx
