That looks lovely, but I'm easily confused, where's your superfree? Same in the SW mag this month fish chips and mushy peas but no superfree. :)

Lol bunny there is no confusion hun - I didnt have any with this meal. They only recommend you have it so I sometimes go an odd meal without depending what im making. Ive loads of other superfree over the day to make up for it hehe x

Its not from a mag hun - I stole it from Jess months ago. I used 3 tbsp of each soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and honey. Mix them together in a bowl. Pan fry some diced chicken and then pour over the sauce. Turn up the heat under the pan( i used my wok) until the liquid bubbles, keep stirring until the liquid evaporates/soaks into the chicken and becomes "sticky" pour over boiled rice nom nom. I have to warn you it does stink a bit when cooking lol x

I do this with Salmon too and it's lush!

I might give it a bash...don't have honey though but will see if I can get a tiny wee jar somewhere

Lol oh no not at all - ive made it loads of times. OH and son had lamb chops chips egg and beans and loads of bread and butter - go me being good lol
