Small pear an hour before SW fish and chips, mushy peas and a slice of wholemeal bread (HEX B) , I could only manage 3/4 of it

I use the Tesco wholemeal bread mix
counts towards your HExB and I have it on green/red days so I get double xx

Aww I made loads of them before Christmas and froze them so I can't quite remember but I got it off a thread on here. If you search Tesco wholemeal bread mix you should find it. I'd post it myself but I'm on my phone - sorry Emsie! Hope you find it xx
