thanks for popping the recipe on beck, it was absolutely delicious. i used the blue dragon jar of thai green paste which is 108 cals per 100g , i used 3 tbsp and apparently according to the wonderful jamie oliver , you can freeze part used jars of sauce in the glass jar!! didnt know that. i might try putting some in a very small jar and seeing how it goes.
