Omg this looks amazing!! Do you have the recipe? I'm a newbie and have never done extra easy- looking for some inspiration :)

stir fry ( broccoli, mange tout, peppers, onions, spring onion, bean sprouts , garlic, chilli, and a nest of noodles)

Omg this looks amazing- would you mind sharing your recipe? :)

Hey Jolly - I cut all the fat off a pork shoulder joint and then make a dry rub of lots of random things which varies from time to time. This time I used mustard powder, garlic powder, white pepper, black pepper, cayenne pepper, sea salt and hot chilli powder.

I rub this all over the meat and leave it in the fridge over night. Next morning I chop two onions and place them at the bottom of the slow cooker. I add the rubbed meat, a cup or two of water and 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke (I got this off the internet). I turn the slow cooker on to low and leave it for around 8-10 hours to cook.

Afterwards I just take the meat out and pull apart with two forks. It should really fall apart really easily.

You can cook it with syn free BBQ sauce too - the recipe is on the recipe thread. There's also a recipe on the slimming world website too which might not be much different!

It's my fave meal :) xx
