Here it is Lizzie:

56g plain flour (10syns)
1 egg
50 ml skimmed milk (hexa)
35ml water
Salt and pepper

Whisk all in a bowl till smooth.
And it said to cook in paper cake cases,but I am going to try silicone ones as I think that would be easier.
So spray 10 cupcake cases with frylight,,and pour in batter and cook for around 25 ,mins
