The Zorba chicken was an old sainsburys recipe from years ago that I found when dusting off my cookery books shelf

Juice of a lime
3 chicken breasts sliced into strips
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
Pinch salt
1 tbsp freshly chopped mint
Ww pitta ( 1 hexb)

Mix in a bowl the lime juice, coriander, cumin, turmeric, salt & mint. Add chicken and marinate at least 30 mins.
Frylight a pan, cook chicken. Fill a pitta and serve with Greek salad
